Thanks to my origins in Japan, Australia and Germany, and a love for languages.

With a background in Mathematics, Physics, Energy Engineering/Economy and the Automotive sector.

With experience over the last decade in R&D, (agile) project management, consulting, event management, hiring and sales in different industrial sectors – in organisations ranging from 10 to 200k+ people.

I practise an empathic approach which gives people that necessary nudge from the back instead of a frontal collision, currently being extended with a degree in psychological coaching.
